Michael Baum, Founder & CEO
Michael is an engineer, innovator and company builder. He has created six companies from scratch. Five of these were acquired by AT&T, Disney, IBM, Reuters and Yahoo! His most recent company, Splunk (SPLK), did its IPO in 2012. Michael has solved important problems, employed thousands of people and made shareholders a lot of money. He wants to help you do the same.

Tony Ayaz, Chief Business Development Officer
Tony knows how to sell and how to take companies to market. He has built and led higher performance sales and business development teams from start-up to IPO at Splunk (SPLK), Wily Technology (CA), BEA Systems (Oracle) and Zoomdata Systems. Tony helps you understand how to land your first customers and be as disruptive with your business model as you are with your product.

Chris Seybold, Chief Financial Officer
Chris is a finance and operations master. He has led teams at private and public fast-growing Silicon Valley companies in information technology and life sciences including Disney, Infoseek, Pharsight and BNP Paribas. If you need to build an operating plan, target investors and raise money, Chris can help you do that. He will guide you through the thorny maze of startup business planning and fundraising.
