Michael Baum, Founder & CEO

Michael is an engineer, innovator and company builder. He has created six companies from scratch. Five of these were acquired by AT&T, Disney, IBM, Reuters and Yahoo! His most recent company, Splunk (SPLK), did its IPO in 2012. Michael has solved important problems, employed thousands of people and made shareholders a lot of money. He wants to help you do the same.


Tony Ayaz, Chief Business Development Officer

Tony knows how to sell and how to take companies to market. He has built and led higher performance sales and business development teams from start-up to IPO at Splunk (SPLK), Wily Technology (CA), BEA Systems (Oracle) and Zoomdata Systems. Tony helps you understand how to land your first customers and be as disruptive with your business model as you are with your product.


Chris Seybold, Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a finance and operations master. He has led teams at private and public fast-growing Silicon Valley companies in information technology and life sciences including Disney, Infoseek, Pharsight and BNP Paribas. If you need to build an operating plan, target investors and raise money, Chris can help you do that. He will guide you through the thorny maze of startup business planning and fundraising.


Peter Vukovic, Chief Technology Officer

Peter is a designer, developer and product architect. Peter was creative digital director for Ogilvy where he helped DHL, American Express, Kraft Foods and other consumer product companies translate market requirements into interactive experiences. Peter will help you build an agile development process, get to 1.0 and create a long-term product roadmap.


Loren Walsh, Chief Learning Officer

Loren is a team guru and strategist. Loren has worked with high potential leaders and teams around the world from companies like Cisco, HP and Roche, to develop custom designed performance and ideation programs. Loren will help you comprehend your personal leadership style, attract A Player talent and help you understand early team dynamics.


Kevin Erdman, Chief Creative Officer

Kevin is a storyteller and cinematographer. With a speciality in capturing the most critical moments, Kevin has produced high octane content for major motion television shows including, the Olympics, ABC Sports, National Geographic and ESPN X Games. Kevin will help you powerfully communicate your world changing message.


Shannon Wu, Director of Marketing

Shannon is a 360 degree digital marketer. She has built powerful marketing strategies for fast growing startups and technology-driven companies, like Jawbone, Coach, Visa, and NeoReach. In today’s noisy digital world, she will help you generate awareness, increase engagement, drive purchase and develop advocacy.


Ryan Davis, Business Development Director

Ryan is a brand and relationship strategist. He has executed some of the world’s most recognizable campaigns and brands, like the Obama Campaign, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys and Coca-Cola . Elliot Shih, Director of Finance

Elliot is a spreadsheet jock, finance wiz and Certified Public Accountant. He has worked with PWC to manage taxes and accounting for venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, and mutual funds investing billions of dollars. Elliot will help you navigate the complicated world of finance, accounting and taxes.


Kamal Hassin, Director of Business Development

Kamal is a technology enthusiast and business innovator.
