What We Do

FOUNDER.org provides funding, education and mentoring to young
innovators who are solving the world’s most important problems. Our goal is to
help you build the foundation you need to become a world changing company.

Early Stage Funding

Every year, we award 50 of the most brilliant teams from universities around the world up to $100K each. We think of this as a downpayment on our relationship. Because our relationship doesn’t end there, we participate in and lead Seed and Series A rounds in promising teams. Our team and alumni network of the smartest young innovators on the planet continue to support you long into the future.

World Changing Companies

The most important thing we do at FOUNDER.org is work with startups to turn their bold ideas into successful companies. We’ve built billion dollar companies ourselves and have spent a lot of time putting everything we’ve learned into our own company building science. As a result, we quickly see where teams can be stronger and have a system to get them there, from recruiting A Player talent, to figuring out how to engage a complex market, to landing your first customers.

Conviction

Building a world changing company takes courage and conviction. Unfortunately, most of the startup world is focused on the short-term. The teams we choose to work with are courageous and have conviction in the long-haul. We know it’s a bumpy ride. Every FOUNDER.org team is assigned one of us as an executive mentor and an alumni as a program mentor. Together we are always available to listen, guide and keep you focused. Our team is fully engaged, provocative, reliable and accountable to you.

Innovators Backing Innovators

We are technology innovators and company builders based in Silicon Valley. FOUNDER.org is our most recent startup, where we’ve been innovating a better way to build world changing companies. It’s what we wanted when we started our first companies. Each of us is a hands-on executive mentor working with a small group of teams to bring our expertise in technology, products, teams building, business models, market and customer development, operations and fundraising. Our core thesis is to invest in and help the young innovators who have radical approaches to solving important problems.
